Rubber Conveyor Belts

EP is used for heavy duty handling of all non-corrosive materials, at temperatures up to 100ºC, in the mining and processing industries.

EP construction with three or four woven plies (polyester in warp, polyamide in weft) and rubber-interlays with rubber thickness depending on belt type. The reinforcement is protected by very good grade covers (highly abrasion-resistant rubber) particularly recommended for handling highly abrasive or sharp materials.

The EP conveyor belt consists of a synthetic woven fabric utilizing a polyester fibre for warp and a polyamide(nylon) fibre for weft. Especially, it is suitable for Bucket Elevator conveyor belts and heat Resistant conveyor belts, because the EP conveyor belt stretches much less than other conveyor belt.
